According to "Word Economic Forum's the future of jobs for 2027" the top skills are:

  1. Creative Thinking

  2. System Thinking

  3. Technological Literacy

  4. Resilience / Flexibility / Agility

Now..what does "resilience" mean?

Resilience is like being a rubber band that can stretch and bounce back. It's the ability to recover quickly from difficult situations, adapt to change, and keep going despite challenges. In simple words, resilience is:

  • The mental strength to cope with stress and hardship.

  • The ability to 'bounce back' after facing problems.

  • Being able to adjust to new situations.

So, how can you build resilience?

Let's see..How do you grow a muscle? -> you lift heavy weights. How do you strengthen your immune system? -> you expose it to germs and bacteria. Now… how do you build resilience? You put yourself in challenging situations..
