Resilience / Flexibility / Agility
Now..what does "resilience" mean?
Resilience is like being a rubber band that can stretch and bounce back. It's the ability to recover quickly from difficult situations, adapt to change, and keep going despite challenges. In simple words, resilience is:
The mental strength to cope with stress and hardship.
The ability to 'bounce back' after facing problems.
Being able to adjust to new situations.
So, how can you build resilience?
Let's see..How do you grow a muscle? -> you lift heavy weights. How do you strengthen your immune system? -> you expose it to germs and bacteria. Now… how do you build resilience? You put yourself in challenging situations..
